OMG! I need somewhere to vent out my anger!

I didn't know there are so many negative feedbacks from Cleocat Fashion!

The first time I bought some items with my friends, I received a dress with inner lining un-sewed! They even said they would inspect their items before sending them out. Apparently they didn't. When I sent back for exchange, they did not even reimburse my postage fees!

Giving them the benefits of the doubt, I did an individual spree a second time. They told me they would email me when they are about to send out my parcel, but I receive their email a day after I had received the item. That shows something about their efficiency.

Furthermore, the items they gave me are different from the pictures!

When I emailed them, they said they are willing to exchange one out of the two pieces which are different. They claimed they only know about the colour difference when they received the item. Shouldn't they ask if I am willing to accept instead of sending out the item which is totally different? As for the other item, they claimed that they had stated in the listing and refused to exchange. The pictures showed a top with black sequins but it turns out to be silver flecks. My definition of fleck would be a small bit, but the top is filled with huge silver polka dots. They said they state that the items may not be the same as the pictures.

If I cannot rely on the pictures and I cannot rely on the listing, then where is the reliability?!
